
Buffalo Wings
These spicy and tangy buffalo wings are perfect for game day or any gathering.
Ingredients
- Celery sticks (4 stalks)
- Blue cheese dressing (1/2 cup)
- Vegetable oil (2 tablespoons)
- Black pepper (1/2 teaspoon)
- Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
- Onion powder (1 teaspoon)
- Garlic powder (1 teaspoon)
- Butter (1/4 cup)
- Hot sauce (1/2 cup)
- Chicken wings (2 pounds)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Stir in the hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Place the chicken wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with vegetable oil and season with salt and black pepper.
- Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until crispy and cooked through.
- Transfer the baked wings to a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the wings and toss to coat evenly.
- Serve the buffalo wings with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks on the side.
