Ingredients

Chicken wings
2 pounds
Vegetable oil
2 tablespoons
Salt
1 teaspoon
Black pepper
1 teaspoon
Onion powder
1 teaspoon
Garlic powder

Butter
1/2 cup
Hot sauce (such as Frank's RedHot)

Celery sticks

Instructions
