Buffalo Wings

These spicy and tangy buffalo wings are perfect for game day or any gathering.

Ingredients

  • Celery sticks (4 stalks)
  • Blue cheese dressing (1/2 cup)
  • Vegetable oil (2 tablespoons)
  • Black pepper (1/2 teaspoon)
  • Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
  • Onion powder (1 teaspoon)
  • Garlic powder (1 teaspoon)
  • Butter (1/4 cup)
  • Hot sauce (1/2 cup)
  • Chicken wings (2 pounds)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Stir in the hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Remove from heat and set aside.
  3. Place the chicken wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with vegetable oil and season with salt and black pepper.
  4. Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until crispy and cooked through.
  5. Transfer the baked wings to a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the wings and toss to coat evenly.
  6. Serve the buffalo wings with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks on the side.
