Ingredients
- Chicken wings
- 2 pounds
- Vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons
- Salt
- 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon
- Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon
- Butter
- 1/2 cup
- Hot sauce (such as Frank's RedHot)
- 1/2 cup
- Celery sticks

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Once melted, stir in the hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and remove from heat, allowing the sauce to sit and thicken slightly.
