
Bulgogi
Bulgogi is a popular Korean dish made with marinated beef, grilled to perfection.
Ingredients
- Vegetable oil (1 tablespoon)
- Sesame seeds (1 tablespoon)
- Green onions (2, chopped)
- Ginger (1 teaspoon, grated)
- Garlic (3 cloves, minced)
- Sesame oil (1 tablespoon)
- Brown sugar (2 tablespoons)
- Soy sauce (1/4 cup)
- Beef sirloin (1 pound, thinly sliced)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, chopped green onions, and sesame seeds.
- Add the thinly sliced beef to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated beef and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired doneness.
- Serve hot with steamed rice and your choice of side dishes.
