Burrito

This delicious chicken burrito is filled with seasoned chicken, rice, beans, and all your favorite toppings.

Ingredients

  • Shredded cheese (1/2 cup)
  • Salsa (1/4 cup)
  • Sour cream (1/4 cup)
  • Sliced avocado (1)
  • Diced onions (1/4 cup)
  • Diced tomatoes (1/2 cup)
  • Shredded lettuce (1 cup)
  • Tortillas (2 large)
  • Canned black beans (1 cup, drained and rinsed)
  • Cooked rice (1 cup)
  • Taco seasoning (2 tablespoons)
  • Chicken breast (2, boneless and skinless)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with taco seasoning on both sides.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes. Then, slice it into strips.
  5. Warm the tortillas in the oven for a few minutes.
  6. In the center of each tortilla, layer the cooked rice, black beans, sliced chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, avocado, sour cream, salsa, and shredded cheese.
  7. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up tightly.
  8. Serve the chicken burritos warm and enjoy!
