Ingredients
- 1 lb, boneless and skinless Chicken breast
- 2 tablespoons Taco seasoning
- 1 cup Cooked rice
- 1 can (15 oz), drained and rinsed Canned black beans
- 4 large (10-inch) Tortillas
- 1 cup, cheddar or Mexican blend Shredded cheese
- 1 cup Salsa
- 1/2 cup Sour cream
- 1 cup Diced tomatoes
- 1, medium Sliced avocado
- 1/2 cup Diced onions
- 2 cups Shredded lettuce

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts generously with taco seasoning on both sides.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes. Then, slice it into strips.
- Warm the tortillas in the oven for about 5 minutes to make them pliable.
- In the center of each tortilla, layer the cooked rice, black beans, sliced chicken, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, diced onions, sliced avocado, sour cream, salsa, and shredded cheese.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to form a burrito.
- Place the burritos seam-side down on a baking dish and bake for an additional 10 minutes if you prefer a crispy exterior.
- Serve the chicken burritos warm with extra salsa or sour cream on the side.
