Soy sauce
3 tablespoons
Ginger

Broccoli
2 cups, cut into small florets
Cabbage
2 cups, thinly sliced
Sesame seeds
1 tablespoon, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well blended. This will be your stir fry sauce.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet. Cook for about a minute until they release their fragrant aromas.
  4. Introduce the sliced cabbage and broccoli florets to the skillet. Stir fry the vegetables for 5-7 minutes, until they are tender-crisp. Avoid overcooking to maintain their vibrant color and crunch.
