
Cabbage and Kielbasa Skillet

Ingredients
- Apple cider vinegar (1 tablespoon)
- Chicken broth (1/2 cup)
- Paprika (1 teaspoon)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Olive oil (2 tablespoons)
- Garlic (2 cloves, minced)
- Onion (1 large, thinly sliced)
- Cabbage (1 small head, shredded)
- Kielbasa sausage (1 pound, sliced)
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the kielbasa sausage and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Remove the sausage from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the onion and garlic. Cook until the onion is translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Add the shredded cabbage to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 8-10 minutes.
- Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Add the chicken broth and apple cider vinegar to the skillet. Stir well to combine.
- Return the cooked kielbasa sausage to the skillet and cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until heated through.
