Ingredients
- Egg noodles
- 12 oz
- Unsalted butter
- 3 tablespoons
- Onion
- 1 medium, chopped
- Garlic
- 2 cloves, minced
- Cabbage
- 1 medium head, sliced
- Salt

- Paprika
- 1 teaspoon
- Sour cream
- 1/2 cup
- Fresh parsley

Instructions
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until the onion is translucent and fragrant, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the sliced cabbage to the skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender and slightly caramelized, about 10 minutes.
- Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir to combine.
- Add the cooked egg noodles to the skillet. Toss to coat the noodles with the cabbage mixture evenly.
- Remove from heat and stir in the sour cream until well incorporated.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving for a pop of color and freshness.
