1/2 teaspoon
Honey
2 tablespoons
Lime juice
4 tablespoons, freshly squeezed
Cilantro
1/4 cup, finely chopped
Red onion
1 small, thinly sliced
Red bell pepper
1 medium, thinly sliced
Pineapple
1/2 medium, diced

Instructions

  1. Begin by preparing all your ingredients: shred the cabbage, dice the pineapple, thinly slice the red bell pepper and red onion, and finely chop the cilantro.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the prepared cabbage, pineapple, red bell pepper, red onion, and cilantro.
  3. To prepare the dressing, in a small bowl, whisk together the freshly squeezed lime juice, honey, salt, and freshly ground black pepper. Adjust the seasoning as per your taste.

Tips

  • 💡 For a variation, you could add some cooked, shredded chicken to make this salad a complete meal.
