Hearty Cabbage Soup

- 6 cups Vegetable broth
- 1 Bay leaf
- 1 teaspoon Dried thyme

Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the diced onion, sliced carrots, chopped celery, and minced garlic. Sauté for about 5 minutes, or until the vegetables have softened and the onion is translucent.
