Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup, freshly grated
Olive oil
1/4 cup
Garlic
2 cloves, minced
Lemon juice
2 tablespoons, freshly squeezed
Anchovy fillets
2, minced (optional)
Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon
Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon
Salt
to taste
Black pepper
to taste

Instructions
