Ingredients

Skewers
8-10, soaked in water if wooden
Salt

Black pepper

Lemon

Cajun seasoning
2 tablespoons
Red onion
1, cut into chunks
Bell peppers
1 red and 1 green, cut into chunks
Andouille sausage
12 ounces, sliced into rounds
Large prawns
1 pound, peeled and deveined

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the prawns, sliced andouille sausage, chunks of bell peppers, and red onion.
  3. Add the Cajun seasoning, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Toss everything together until well coated.
  4. Thread the prawns, sausage, bell peppers, and red onion onto the skewers, alternating between ingredients for a colorful presentation.
