- 8-10, soaked in water if wooden

- Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons
- Red onion
- 1, cut into chunks
- Bell peppers
- 1 red and 1 green, cut into chunks
- Andouille sausage
- 12 ounces, sliced into rounds
- Large prawns
- 1 pound, peeled and deveined
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, combine the prawns, sliced andouille sausage, chunks of bell peppers, and red onion.
- Add the Cajun seasoning, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Toss everything together until well coated.
- Thread the prawns, sausage, bell peppers, and red onion onto the skewers, alternating between ingredients for a colorful presentation.
- Place the skewers on the preheated grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until the prawns are opaque and cooked through, and the sausage is nicely browned.
- Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a minute before serving.
