Ingredients
- Fresh squid
- 1 pound, cleaned and cut into rings
- Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons

- Salt

Instructions
- Preheat a grill or griddle pan over high heat until it's very hot.
- In a large bowl, combine the squid rings with olive oil, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Season generously with salt and pepper, ensuring all pieces are well coated.
- Place the squid on the hot grill or griddle pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until the squid is opaque and has nice grill marks, being careful not to overcook as it can become rubbery.
