Instructions
- To start, pat dry the calamari rings with a paper towel to remove excess moisture. This helps the flour and breadcrumb mixture adhere better.
- Prepare the coating by combining the all-purpose flour, salt, and black pepper in a shallow dish. In another dish, have your breadcrumbs ready.
- Dip each calamari ring into the beaten eggs, making sure to coat them well. Then, dredge them in the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring they are well covered.
