
Calgary Stampede Spice Latte
A delicious and warming spice latte inspired by the flavors of the Calgary Stampede.
Ingredients
- Cinnamon stick (for garnish)
- Whipped cream (for topping)
- Cloves (1/4 teaspoon)
- Nutmeg (1/4 teaspoon)
- Cinnamon (1/2 teaspoon)
- Maple syrup (1 tablespoon)
- Pumpkin puree (2 tablespoons)
- Milk (1 cup)
- Espresso or strong brewed coffee (1 shot or 1/2 cup)
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until hot but not boiling.
- In a blender, combine the hot milk, espresso or coffee, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. Blend until smooth and frothy.
- Pour the mixture into a mug and top with whipped cream.
- Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
