Ingredients

Bread
8 slices (whole grain or sourdough recommended)
Mayonnaise
1/2 cup
Garlic
1 clove, minced
Lemon juice
1 tablespoon
Tomato
1 large, sliced
Lettuce
1 cup, shredded (romaine or iceberg)
Avocado
1, sliced
Bacon
6 slices, cooked until crispy
Sliced turkey breast
8 ounces

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, minced garlic, and lemon juice to create the garlic mayonnaise. Mix well and set aside.
  2. Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
  3. Spread a generous layer of the garlic mayonnaise on one side of each slice of toasted bread.
  4. On four slices of bread, layer the sliced turkey breast, crispy bacon, avocado, shredded lettuce, and sliced tomatoes.
  5. Top with the remaining four slices of bread, mayo side down, pressing gently to create a sandwich.
  6. Cut each sandwich in half diagonally and serve immediately, or secure with toothpicks for easy handling.
