Ingredients

Canadian bacon
8 slices
Lettuce
4 leaves, washed and dried
Tomato
1 large, sliced
Whole grain bread
4 slices
Mayonnaise
1/4 cup
Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons
Salt
to taste
Black pepper
to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the Canadian bacon for 3-4 minutes on each side or until browned and crispy. Transfer to a plate and set aside.
