Ingredients
- Canadian bacon
- 8 slices
- Lettuce
- 4 leaves, washed and dried
- Tomato
- 1 large, sliced
- Whole grain bread
- 4 slices
- Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup
- Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons
- Salt

Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the Canadian bacon for 3-4 minutes on each side or until browned and crispy. Transfer to a plate and set aside.
