Mixed berries
4 cups (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries)
Fresh mint leaves
1/4 cup, chopped
Lemon juice
2 tablespoons, freshly squeezed
Canadian maple syrup
1/4 cup, preferably grade a for a lighter flavor

  1. In a large bowl, gently combine the mixed berries, taking care to avoid bruising them.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the Canadian maple syrup and freshly squeezed lemon juice until well combined.
  3. Drizzle the maple syrup dressing over the mixed berries and gently toss to coat the berries evenly.
