- Lime juice
- 2 tablespoons

- 1/4 cup, chopped
- Crab meat
- 1 pound, cooked and shredded
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the diced onion, minced garlic, and the diced green and red bell peppers along with the jalapeno. Sauté for about 5 minutes, or until the vegetables are softened and fragrant.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Continue to cook for another 5 minutes, allowing the tomatoes to break down and the spices to bloom.
- Add the cooked crab meat to the skillet, gently stirring to coat it in the flavorful sauce. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, ensuring the crab is heated through.
- Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the lime juice and chopped cilantro, mixing well to combine all the ingredients.
