Ingredients

Ciabatta bread
4 slices
Fresh mozzarella cheese
8 ounces, sliced
Tomato
2 large, sliced
Fresh basil leaves
1/2 cup
Olive oil
2 tablespoons
Balsamic glaze
2 tablespoons
Salt
to taste
Pepper
to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat a panini press or grill pan over medium heat.
