Ingredients

- Cheddar cheese
- 2 cups, shredded
- Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup, grated
- Heavy cream
- 1 cup
- Eggs
- 2, beaten
- Garlic
- 3 cloves, minced
- Bacon
- 6 slices, cut into small pieces
- Macaroni

Instructions
- Cook the macaroni as per the package instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon pieces until crisp. Use a slotted spoon to remove the bacon, leaving the grease in the skillet.
- In the bacon grease, sauté the minced garlic until it turns fragrant.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the beaten eggs, heavy cream, and grated Parmesan cheese to make the carbonara sauce.
- Add the cooked macaroni back into the skillet with the garlic. Stir well to coat the macaroni in the garlic-infused bacon fat.
