1/4 cup, chopped
Black pepper
1/2 teaspoon, ground
Salt
1/2 teaspoon
Honey
2 tablespoons
Olive oil
3 tablespoons
Lemon juice
2 tablespoons
Pomegranate seeds
1 cup
Carrots
4, large, grated

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the grated carrots and pomegranate seeds.
  2. To prepare the dressing, in a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, honey, salt, and ground black pepper until well combined.
