Lemon
1, cut into wedges
Fresh chives
1 tablespoon, finely chopped
Crème fraîche
1/2 cup
Caviar
2 ounces
Blinis
12, store-bought or homemade

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Arrange the blinis on a baking sheet and warm in the oven for 5-7 minutes, or until heated through.
  3. While the blinis are warming, mix together the crème fraîche and finely chopped chives in a small bowl.
  4. Remove the blinis from the oven, and allow them to cool slightly.
  5. Top each warm blini with a generous dollop of the chive-infused crème fraîche.
  6. Spoon a small amount of caviar atop the crème fraîche on each blini.
