Strong brewed coffee
1 cup, cooled
Milk
1/2 cup (any type you prefer, such as whole, almond, or oat)
Maple syrup
2 tablespoons (adjust to taste)
Vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon
Cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon, plus extra for garnish
Whipped cream
1/4 cup, for topping
Celtic knot-shaped ice cubes
as needed (use celtic knot ice molds or any fun shape)

Instructions

  1. Brew a strong cup of coffee and allow it to cool completely. For an extra frosty drink, consider brewing it the night before and chilling it in the refrigerator.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the cooled coffee, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Stir well until fully mixed. Adjust sweetness to your liking by adding more maple syrup if desired.
  3. Prepare the Celtic knot-shaped ice cubes by filling the molds with water and freezing until solid, preferably overnight.
