Ingredients

Boiled potatoes
2 medium, diced
Cooked chickpeas
1 cup
Onion
1 small, finely chopped
Tomato
1 medium, diced
Green chili
1, finely chopped (adjust to taste)
Coriander leaves
1/4 cup, chopped
Lemon juice
1 tablespoon
Salt
to taste
Red chili powder
1/2 teaspoon
Cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon
Chaat masala
1 teaspoon
Tamarind chutney
2 tablespoons
Mint chutney
2 tablespoons
Yogurt
1 cup
Sev (crispy chickpea flour noodles)
1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced boiled potatoes, cooked chickpeas, finely chopped onion, diced tomato, chopped green chili, and coriander leaves.
  2. Add the chaat masala, cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt to the mixture. Gently toss to ensure all ingredients are well-coated with the spices.
