Ingredients
- Beef sirloin
- 1 pound, thinly sliced
- Salt

- Bread rolls
- 4, preferably soft and crusty
- Avocado
- 1, sliced
- Tomato
- 1 large, sliced
- Green beans
- 1 cup, trimmed and blanched
Instructions
- Season the thinly sliced beef sirloin with salt and black pepper on both sides.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the seasoned beef slices for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. Remove from heat and let rest.
- While the beef is cooking, prepare the green beans by blanching them in boiling water for 2-3 minutes until bright green, then transfer them to an ice bath to stop the cooking process.
- Slice the bread rolls in half horizontally. Spread a generous layer of mayonnaise on the bottom half and a layer of mustard on the top half.
- Layer the cooked beef slices onto the bottom half of the bread rolls, followed by the blanched green beans, slices of tomato, and creamy avocado.
- Close the sandwiches with the top half of the bread rolls.
