This delightful drink is perfect for chilly mornings, leisurely afternoons, or as a comforting treat any time of day.

Servings: 2

Ingredients

Water
1 cup
Chai tea bag
1
Milk
1 cup
Honey
1 tablespoon
Vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon
Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon, plus extra for garnish
Ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon
Ground cardamom
1/4 teaspoon
Ground cloves
1/8 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. In a small pot, bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Add the chai tea bag and let it steep for 5 minutes to extract the rich flavors.
  2. In another pot, gently heat 1 cup of milk over medium heat until hot but not boiling. Stir occasionally to prevent scorching.
  3. Once the tea has steeped, remove the tea bag and add the hot milk, honey, vanilla extract, cinnamon, ground ginger, ground cardamom, and ground cloves to the brewed tea.
  4. Stir well until everything is thoroughly combined and the honey is fully dissolved, allowing the spices to infuse into the mixture.
  5. Pour the chai latte into two mugs, sprinkle a little extra cinnamon on top for garnish, and serve hot to enjoy its comforting warmth.
