- 4 cups Water
- 2 tablespoons Black tea leaves
- 4, lightly crushed Cardamom pods
- 1/4 teaspoon Saffron threads
- 1 piece per cup, or to taste Rock candy (nabat)

Instructions
- In a medium pot, bring the 4 cups of water to a boil over high heat.
