- 2 cups, cooked and shredded
- Lettuce

- Tomatoes
- 1 cup, diced
- Cheese
- 1 cup, shredded (cheddar or queso fresco)
- Sour cream
- 1/2 cup
- Salsa
- 1/2 cup (store-bought or homemade)
- Cilantro
- 1/4 cup, chopped

Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat until hot.
