500 grams, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Begin by preparing the lemongrass paste. In a bowl, combine the finely chopped lemongrass, minced garlic, chopped shallots, finely sliced kaffir lime leaves, fish sauce, sugar, and salt. Mix them thoroughly until you have a fragrant, well-blended paste.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Once the oil is hot, add the lemongrass paste. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until the paste becomes fragrant, indicating that the flavors have begun to meld.
