Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the char siew sauce, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger until well combined. This will be your marinade.
  3. Place the pork shoulder in a deep baking dish. Pour the marinade over the pork, ensuring it's thoroughly coated. For a more intense flavor, massage the marinade into the meat using your hands.
