Ingredients
- Dried thyme (1/2 teaspoon)
- Black pepper (1/4 teaspoon)
- Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
- Milk (1 cup)
- Eggs (4)
- Cheddar cheese (1 1/2 cups, shredded)
- Broccoli florets (2 cups, steamed and chopped)
- Pie crust (1, store-bought or homemade)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish and trim any excess.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, and dried thyme.
- Spread the chopped broccoli florets evenly over the pie crust.
