Ingredients
- Green onions (2, chopped)
- Black pepper (1/4 teaspoon)
- Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
- Eggs (4)
- Milk (1 cup)
- Cheddar cheese (1 cup, shredded)
- Bacon (6 slices, cooked and crumbled)
- Pie crust (1, store-bought or homemade)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the pie crust in a 9-inch (23 cm) pie dish and crimp the edges.
- Sprinkle the crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the pie crust.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture over the bacon and cheese in the pie crust.
- Sprinkle the chopped green onions on top.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown on top.
