
Cheese Quesadilla
A simple and delicious cheese quesadilla made with tortillas and melted cheese.
Ingredients
- Guacamole (1/4 cup)
- Salsa (1/4 cup)
- Sour cream (1/4 cup)
- Butter (2 tablespoons)
- Cheddar cheese (1 cup, shredded)
- Flour tortillas (4)
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
- Spread butter on one side of each tortilla.
- Place one tortilla, butter side down, in the skillet.
- Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese evenly over the tortilla.
- Place another tortilla on top, butter side up.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the bottom tortilla is golden brown.
- Flip the quesadilla and cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tortilla is golden brown.
- Remove from the skillet and let it cool for a minute.
- Cut the quesadilla into wedges and serve with sour cream, salsa, and guacamole.
