Cheese Stuffed Peppers

These cheese stuffed peppers are filled with a creamy cheese mixture and baked to perfection.

Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Garlic powder (1/2 teaspoon)
  • Green onions (2, chopped)
  • Cheddar cheese (1 cup, shredded)
  • Cream cheese (8 ounces)
  • Bell peppers (6)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each bell pepper with the cheese mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed peppers on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
