
Cheese Stuffed Peppers
These cheese stuffed peppers are filled with a creamy cheese mixture and baked to perfection.
Ingredients
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Garlic powder (1/2 teaspoon)
- Green onions (2, chopped)
- Cheddar cheese (1 cup, shredded)
- Cream cheese (8 ounces)
- Bell peppers (6)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each bell pepper with the cheese mixture.
- Place the stuffed peppers on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
