- Bell peppers
- 4 large, any color (red, yellow, or green)
- Cream cheese
- 8 ounces, softened
- Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup, shredded
- Green onions
- 1/4 cup, chopped
- Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon
- Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon
- Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons, for drizzling
- Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup, grated (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the bell peppers by cutting the tops off and carefully removing the seeds and membranes. Set aside.
