
Cheesecake

Ingredients
- Eggs (3)
- Sour cream (1 cup)
- Vanilla extract (1 teaspoon)
- All (purpose flour - 2 tablespoons)
- Granulated sugar (1 cup)
- Cream cheese (24 oz (3 packages), softened)
- Unsalted butter (1/3 cup, melted)
- Graham cracker crumbs (1 1/2 cups)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
- In a separate mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, flour, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Add the sour cream and eggs to the cream cheese mixture and beat until well combined.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
- Bake for 60 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
- Run a knife around the edges of the pan to loosen the cheesecake, then remove the sides of the springform pan.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, before serving.
- Slice and serve chilled. Enjoy!
