Ingredients
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Breadcrumbs (1/2 cup)
- Parmesan cheese (1/2 cup, grated)
- Cheddar cheese (2 cups, shredded)
- Milk (2 cups)
- All (purpose flour - 1/4 cup)
- Butter (4 tablespoons)
- Cabbage (1 large head, shredded)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the shredded cabbage and cook until slightly softened, about 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle the flour over the cabbage and stir to coat.
- Gradually whisk in the milk and cook until the mixture thickens, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the cheddar cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the cabbage mixture to a baking dish.
