Cherry and Hazelnut Clafoutis
Indulge in the delightful harmony of flavors with this Cherry and Hazelnut Clafoutis, a classic French dessert that brings together the sweetness of ripe cherries and the nutty crunch of hazelnuts. Traditionally hailing from the Limousin region of France, clafoutis is a custardy baked dish that transforms simple ingredients into a luscious treat. Perfect for brunch or as a light dessert, this clafoutis is best enjoyed warm, allowing the flavors to meld beautifully. Serve it with a dusting of powdered sugar or a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an extra touch of decadence.
