Powdered sugar
for dusting
All-purpose flour
1/2 cup
Vanilla extract
1 teaspoon
Granulated sugar
1/4 cup
Eggs
3 large
Milk
1 cup
Cherries
1 cup, pitted and halved
Strong brewed coffee

  2. In a blender, combine the strong brewed coffee, fresh cherries, milk, eggs, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and all-purpose flour. Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth and well combined.
  3. Pour the blended mixture evenly into two oven-safe coffee mugs or ramekins, filling them about three-quarters full to allow room for rising.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the clafoutis is set in the center and has a beautifully golden brown top.
  5. Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. This will help to set the texture further.
