All-beef hot dogs

Poppy seed hot dog buns

Yellow mustard
to taste
Sweet green pickle relish
to taste
Diced onion
1/2 cup
Tomato, sliced

Pickle spears

Sport peppers

Celery salt

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Carefully add the hot dogs and cook for about 5 minutes, or until they are heated through.
  2. While the hot dogs are cooking, prepare your toppings: slice the tomato, chop the onion, and set aside the pickle spears and sport peppers.
  3. Once the hot dogs are ready, remove them from the water and place each one in a poppy seed bun.
  4. Top each hot dog with a generous squirt of yellow mustard and a spoonful of sweet green pickle relish.
  5. Add the diced onion, followed by a slice of tomato, a pickle spear on the side, and two sport peppers for that authentic kick.
