Cornstarch
1 tablespoon
Fresh ginger, grated
1 tablespoon
Garlic, minced
3 cloves
Sesame oil
1 tablespoon
Soy sauce
1/4 cup
Broccoli florets
4 cups
Chicken breast, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, cornstarch, and chicken broth. Whisk together until smooth and set aside to allow the flavors to meld.
