Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°F (93°C) to keep the cooked components warm.
 - Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
 - In a shallow dish, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
 - In another shallow dish, whisk together the beaten eggs and milk until smooth.
 - Dip each chicken breast into the flour mixture, coating it evenly, then dip it into the egg mixture, and finally back into the flour mixture to create a thick coating.
 - Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, carefully add the chicken breasts.
 - Fry the chicken for about 5-6 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 74°C).
 - Transfer the cooked chicken to a baking sheet and place it in the preheated oven to keep warm.
 - Toast the frozen waffles according to package instructions until golden and crispy.
 - To assemble the burritos, lay a waffle flat on a clean surface.
