
Chicken and Waffles

Ingredients
- Maple syrup (for serving)
- Butter (for waffles)
- Milk (1 cup)
- Eggs (2)
- Waffle mix (2 cups)
- Vegetable oil (for frying)

Instructions
- Marinate the chicken breasts in the buttermilk and hot sauce for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat your waffle iron and your deep fryer to 375°F.
- In a shallow dish, mix the flour with salt and pepper.
- Dredge the chicken in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
- Fry the chicken in the deep fryer until golden brown and cooked through, about 10 minutes.
- While the chicken is frying, prepare the waffles according to the package instructions.
- Serve the fried chicken on top of the waffles with butter and maple syrup.
