- Ginger

- Chicken breast
- 1.5 pounds, cut into bite-sized pieces
- Balti paste
- 3 tablespoons
- Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon
- Cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon
- Coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon
- Garam masala
- 1 teaspoon
- Tomatoes
- 2 large, chopped
- Salt

- Fresh cilantro

Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for an additional 2 minutes until fragrant.
- Increase the heat slightly and add the chicken pieces, browning them on all sides for about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the balti paste, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and garam masala, ensuring the chicken is well-coated with the spices.
- Incorporate the chopped tomatoes into the mixture and season with salt. Allow the mixture to cook for 5 minutes, until the tomatoes soften and meld into the sauce.
- Cover the pan and reduce the heat to low, letting it simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
