Flavorful Chicken Kebab

- 1 Yellow bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 Red bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 Red onion, cut into wedges
- 1.5 pounds Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes

Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Add the cubed chicken, onion wedges, and bell peppers to the marinade. Toss everything to ensure the chicken and vegetables are evenly coated.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to 24 hours for maximum flavor.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Once marinated, thread the chicken and vegetables onto skewers, alternating between pieces of chicken and vegetables for a colorful presentation.
