Wooden skewers
8-10, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Cherry tomatoes
1 cup
Red onion

Bell peppers

Salt
1 teaspoon
Ground coriander
1 teaspoon
Ground cumin
1 teaspoon
Paprika
1 teaspoon
Garlic
3 cloves, minced
Lemon juice
2 tablespoons
Olive oil
3 tablespoons
Chicken breast
1.5 pounds, cut into 1-inch cubes

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, coriander, salt, and black pepper to create a flavorful marinade.
  2. Add the chicken breast cubes to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well-coated. Cover and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or overnight for the best flavor.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, and lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
