Chicken Parmesan Soup

- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2, cubed Chicken breasts
- 1, diced Onion
- 3 cloves, minced Garlic
- 2 cups Tomato sauce
- 4 cups Chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon Dried basil
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano

- 2 cups Cooked pasta
- 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup Grated parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the cubed chicken breasts and cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Remove from the pot and set aside.
- In the same pot, add the diced onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion becomes translucent, about another 5 minutes.
- Pour in the tomato sauce and chicken broth, followed by the dried basil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Bring the mixture to a boil.
- Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 15 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
- Return the cooked chicken to the pot, add the cooked pasta, and stir well to combine.
- Allow the soup to simmer for an additional 5 minutes so that everything is heated through.
- Ladle the soup into bowls and generously top with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Finish off with a garnish of fresh basil leaves before serving.
