- Soy sauce (1/4 cup)
- Chicken breasts (2, boneless and skinless)
Instructions
- Start by cutting the chicken breasts into thin, even strips. Place them in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar, minced garlic, and curry powder. This marinade will infuse the chicken with a burst of flavor.
