Ingredients
- Boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 pounds, cut into 1-inch pieces
- Olive oil
- 1/4 cup
- Garlic
- 4 cloves, minced
- Lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons, freshly squeezed
- Italian seasoning
- 2 teaspoons
- Salt
- 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon
- Skewers
- 8 (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and toss to ensure they are evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate to marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning on the grill.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece for even cooking.
