Ingredients

Boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 pounds, cut into 1-inch pieces
Olive oil
1/4 cup

4 cloves, minced
Lemon juice

Black pepper
1/2 teaspoon
Skewers
8 (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  2. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and toss to ensure they are evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate to marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.
