Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Whisk until smooth and set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat until shimmering.
- Add the sliced chicken breast to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 5-6 minutes, stirring frequently, until the chicken is browned and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
