- Cornstarch (1 tablespoon)
- Sesame oil (1 tablespoon)
- Oyster sauce (2 tablespoons)
- Soy sauce (3 tablespoons)
- Ginger (1 tablespoon, minced)
- Garlic (3 cloves, minced)
- Snow peas (1 cup)
- Carrots (1 cup, julienned)
- Broccoli florets (1 cup)
- Bell peppers (1 cup, sliced (any color))
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Whisk until smooth and set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat until shimmering.
- Add the sliced chicken breast to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 5-6 minutes, stirring frequently, until the chicken is browned and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and ginger. Stir-fry for about 1 minute until fragrant.

- Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and pour the prepared sauce over the chicken and vegetables. Stir well to ensure everything is evenly coated.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and clings to the chicken and vegetables.
- Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed, then remove from heat.
- Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles and enjoy your delicious homemade chicken stir fry!
