- Taco seasoning
- 2 tablespoons
- Olive oil

- Lettuce
- 1 cup, shredded
- Tomatoes
- 1 cup, diced
- Avocado
- 1, sliced
- Red onion
- 1/2 cup, thinly sliced
- Cilantro
- 1/4 cup, chopped
- Sour cream
- 1/2 cup
- Lime
- 1, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Begin by seasoning the chicken breasts evenly with taco seasoning, ensuring they are well coated.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat until shimmering.
- Add the seasoned chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for approximately 6-8 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and no longer pink in the center. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (75°C).
