
Chicken Tenders
These crispy chicken tenders are perfect for a quick and delicious meal.
Ingredients
- Vegetable oil (2 cups, for frying)
- Garlic powder (1/2 teaspoon)
- Paprika (1/2 teaspoon)
- Black pepper (1/2 teaspoon)
- Salt (1 teaspoon)
- Breadcrumbs (1 cup)
- All (purpose flour - 1 cup)
- Milk (1/4 cup)
- Egg (1)
- Chicken breast (2 large, boneless and skinless)
Instructions
- Cut the chicken breast into strips, about 1 inch wide.
- In a shallow bowl, whisk together the egg and milk.
- In another shallow bowl, mix together the flour, breadcrumbs, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Dip each chicken strip into the egg mixture, then coat it with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Fry the chicken tenders in batches for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Transfer the cooked chicken tenders to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
